Over 15 years of advocacy

Safe Roads Alliance was founded as a non-profit organization in 2006. We continue our dedication to providing education and awareness to all drivers. We understand the challenges drivers face. Our goal is to prevent injury, death and economic loss in our Commonwealth and beyond. Our work focuses on the protection of drivers and pedestrians alike. Safe Roads Alliance knows that education should start early on, long before our potential drivers get behind the wheel.

The Parent Supervised Driving Program was created in 2011 and we are currently distributing our guidebooks in 26 states. We most recently joined the Massachusetts Vision Zero Coalition in Boston, with the goal of eliminating all traffic fatalities and severe injuries, while increasing safe, healthy, equitable mobility for all. Safe Roads Alliance has had a leading role in creating the Partnership for Distraction-Free Driving, which aims to join together advocates, organizations, agencies and others to form a united front and present a powerful voice to end distracted driving.
